Reiki Level 1 Certification Training (Day 2)

REIKI LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION - Day 2&nbsp; A Two-Day Immersion into Self-Healing, Energy Awareness &amp; Compassionate Practice Session 1: Saturday, October 3 | 1–5 p.m. Cost: $150 Session 2: Saturday, October 10 | 1–5 p.m. Cost: $150 This Reiki Level 1 training is a gentle, beginner-friendly introduction to Reiki in a peaceful Ashram setting designed for reflection, presence, and inner connection. Over two afternoons, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, experience your first attunement, and begin developing a personal healing practice you can use for life. This workshop may be taken without credit toward certification. It can be taken for self-knowledge or as a refresher. No prior experience is needed. What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice that uses light, consent-based touch, or hands held just above the body to support relaxation, presence, and a sense of balance and well-being. In traditional Reiki practice, the practitioner works with the concept of universal life-force energy, creating conditions that may support the recipient’s own natural capacity for rest, regulation, and healing. Course Outline Day Two: Practice, Intuition &amp; Application Prerequisite: Attendance of Day One<ul><li>Gassho meditation and integration check-in</li><li>Byosen scanning, noticing energetic sensitivity in the body</li><li>Reiji-ho, listening to intuitive guidance in Reiki</li><li>Chiryo, allowing Reiki sessions to unfold naturally</li><li>Full self-Reiki practice</li><li>How to offer Reiki to another person with consent and structure</li><li>Partner Reiki practice, giving and receiving</li><li>Kenyoku, a clearing and grounding technique</li><li>Ethics, boundaries, and responsible practice</li><li>Building a sustainable home Reiki practice</li></ul>Focus of Day Two: Confidence, practice, intuition, and learning to share Reiki safely. Certification &amp; Professional Path This training certifies completion of Usui Reiki Level 1. Upon completion, students receive Reiki Level 1 certification, which:<ul><li>Confirms completion of attunement and training</li><li>Establishes the foundational energetic initiation into Usui Reiki Ryoho</li><li>Allows you to begin a personal Reiki practice and offer informal Reiki to others</li><li>Provides the required foundation for continuing into Reiki Level 2 and Master training</li></ul>Reiki Level 2 is the natural continuation of the Usui Reiki Ryoho path, deepening both the spiritual and healing dimensions of Reiki practice, including distance healing, symbol work, and expanded energetic awareness. Reiki Level 1 is the essential entry point into this system and the beginning of a lifelong spiritual and healing practice. Her teaching emphasizes emotional safety, nervous system awareness, and compassionate presence, helping students feel supported in their learning process.&nbsp; &nbsp; Daniel Montoya is a Reiki Master Teacher, yogi, somatic practitioner, and educator with over a decade of Reiki experience. His work combines traditional Usui Reiki with meditation, body awareness, and embodied spiritual practice to help people reconnect with themselves and experience greater presence, peace, and inner connection. He's an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training, a professional member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals, and a member of The Center for Reiki Research.
