OCTOBER 17 — RETURN TO YOUR CENTER <a href="https://www.danielmontoyareiki.com/reikidance">REIKI DANCE</a> is a live healing experience combining Reiki, somatic movement, meditation, intuitive dance, live music, and sound healing to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional ease, and deeper connection with the body. Theme: Return to Your Center We spend much of our lives responding to responsibilities, expectations, other people, and everything happening around us. This Reiki Dance offers an opportunity to turn that attention inward and rediscover the place within ourselves from which we can move with greater clarity. Through grounding, Reiki, breath, somatic awareness, and movement, we explore the relationship between effort and ease, giving and receiving, expansion and contraction, movement and stillness. Rather than searching outside ourselves for direction, we practice noticing what happens when movement begins from a grounded inner center. Ground into your center → breath, weight, presence, body awareness Balance your energy → effort and ease, giving and receiving Move from within → intuition, Reiki, intentional movement Return to stillness → rest, sound healing, integration The guiding question becomes: What changes when I move from my center instead of reacting to everything around me? She brings a compassionate, grounded approach that supports body awareness, emotional presence, and personal choice. &nbsp; <a href="https://www.danielmontoyareiki.com/">Daniel Montoya </a>is a Reiki Master Teacher, yogi, somatic practitioner, energy worker, and educator with more than a decade of Reiki experience. His work combines traditional Usui Reiki with meditation, body awareness, and embodied spiritual practice to help people reconnect with themselves and experience greater presence, peace, and inner connection. &nbsp; MUSICIANS Emily Sclar is a violinist, singer-songwriter, and yoga teacher whose work brings together music, mindful movement, and embodied practice. Using crystal singing bowls, Grace builds on their resonance to create luminous energy that encourages rest, release, and clarity, helping you calm your mind and find safety in your nervous system with ease.
