The movement blends contemporary technique with Hip Hop influences, flipping between sharp musicality and unhinged physical storytelling like your brain does at 3 a.m. The story follows one twenty-something’s slow-motion ego death — falling apart, laughing through the mess, and being forced to face the mental-health stuff she’d absolutely rather not. It’s real, raw, and ridiculous—in other words, everything your twenties promised to be.<br><br>CONTENT WARNING: This show touches on real experiences with mental health, substance use, and suicidal thoughts.
