Get ready to move at Punk Rock Aerobics, the original anti-gym workout founded in 2000 by musician and author Hilken Mancini—and she’s bringing it straight to the library! This is fitness for punks, misfits, and anyone who wants to break a sweat without taking themselves too seriously. Set to a loud, fast, and furious punk rock soundtrack, this class uses punk-rock movements to get you moving in a fun, inclusive, and totally unpretentious environment. All bodies, all experience levels welcome. Come as you are—and leave louder. Led by Hilken Mancini.
