You're invited to Popcorn Comedy: a unique standup comedy experience at the historic Capitol Theater in downtown Arlington, MA! Our comedians have been featured on Amazon Prime, TBS, The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, The Second City, Don't Tell Comedy, and the New York Comedy Festival. This month's headliner is the hilarious Orlando Baxter. Known for his quick wit and conversational style, Orlando performs across the globe and has entertained audiences on Conan, NBC, Australia's ABC, The BBC, BET, Gotham Comedy Live, and TruTV. A former high school teacher, Orlando brings a wealth of wild stories and experiences to the stage.His DryBar comedy special, "Glorified Baby Sitter," has garnered over 10 million views. He has toured as an opener for national headliners like Joy Koy and Whitney Cummings. Orlando can connect with any audience, and we're thrilled to have him on the show!<ul><li>Doors open at 7:00pm and the show starts at 7:30pm.</li><li>Come early to watch classic cartoons on the big screen.</li><li>Grab candy, popcorn, and fountain drinks at the theater's snack bar or bring your own!</li><li>Beer and wine are available in the lobby.</li><li>No outside alcohol allowed.</li><li>Get delicious pizza at OTTO next door or enjoy ice cream from the Capitol Creamery.</li></ul>Opened in 1925, the historic Capitol Theater is conveniently located in downtown Arlington, MA, just a 15 minute bus ride from Somerville's Davis Square.
