Play It By Fear

Festive fall frights. Join us for this free public event in Seaport. Light up those cauldrons, witches — it's time to bubble, bubble, toil and trouble. Join Seaport on October 16th from 6:00–8:00pm at The Rocks for a night that's equal parts haunted and harmonious. Get your caricature drawn by candlelight (if you dare), have your fortune foretold at the tarot table, and don't skip the photobooth — every good haunting needs proof. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/dj_brianh/">DJ Brian Halligan</a> conjures the night to life at 6:00pm with monster mash beats, while your ghost host, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/ashleeintheam/">JAM'N 94.5's Ashlee Feldman</a>, guides you through an evening of haunted happenings. At 7:00pm, things get properly ghoulish as the <a href="https://www.instagram.com/glass.artists/">Glass Artists</a> string quartet haunts the night with Halloween classics and slasher-film themes — arrive early to save your plot... er, we mean spot. Grab your ghouls. We'll see you there — if you dare. Scary hungry? We've got you covered. <a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/ben-and-jerry's">Ben &amp; Jerry's</a> will be on-site scooping $1 scoops of something sweet (not scary), alongside <a href="https://www.unionsquaredonuts.com/">Union Square Donuts</a> and <a href="https://www.thesweetishfish.com/">The Sweetish Fish</a>. Seaport VIP Insiders, this one's for you. Unlock devilishly good deals from across Seaport, just for being a VIP Insider. All deals available 5:00–9:00pm on October 16th, 2026.<ul><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/boston-provisions-market">Boston Provisions Market</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/flight-club">Flight Club</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/lakon-paris-patisserie">Lakon Paris Patisserie</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/levain-bakery">Levain</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/mai">Mai</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/nowon">Nowon</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/puttshack">Puttshack</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/stubbys">Stubbys</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/sugars-hot-pizza">Sugars</a></li><li><a href="https://www.bostonseaport.xyz/places/yume-ga-arukara">Yume Ga Arukara</a></li></ul>
