Forget candlelit romance on Valentine's — this one’s for the pals. Ten participants will team up (come solo, as a duo, or bring your favorite group) and choose a bottle from the shop — up to $40 — that you think will pair beautifully with blue cheese and chocolate. Bold? Questionable? Genius? We’ll find out together. Once the teams have made their picks, we’ll open every bottle, taste through them side by side, and discover which pairings soar… and which absolutely do not. (The surprises are half the fun.) Whether you’re flying solo, coming as a couple, or rolling in with friends, you’ll be paired up for the challenge — and no pressure, no wrong answers — just great wine, deliciously dramatic flavor combinations, and lively conversation around the table.
