Opening Celebration: A Roundtable Discussion of The Solomon Collection: From Dürer to Degas and Beyond

We invite you to the opening event for the special exhibition&nbsp;<a href="https://harvardartmuseums.org/exhibitions/6477/the-solomon-collection-durer-to-degas-and-beyond">The Solomon Collection: From Dürer to Degas and Beyond</a>&nbsp;(May 24–August 17, 2025), featuring a roundtable discussion between Boston-based artists Peter Lipsitt and Marjorie Minkin, whose works are on view in the exhibition, and New York–based art critic Karen Wilkin. Marina Kliger, curatorial fellow at the Harvard Art Museums, will serve as moderator. Following the program, guests are invited to visit the exhibition on Level 3. Participants: Marjorie Minkin, artist Peter Lipsitt, artist Karen Wilkin, independent curator and art critic Marina Kliger, Rousseau Curatorial Fellow in European Art, Division of European and American Art, Harvard Art Museums Free admission, but seating is limited and registration is encouraged. You can register by clicking on the event&nbsp;<a href="https://secure.touchnet.net/C20832_ustores/web/store_cat.jsp?STOREID=99&amp;CATID=276&amp;SINGLESTORE=true">on this form</a>&nbsp;beginning Sunday, May 18, at 10am. The lecture will take place in Menschel Hall, Lower Level. Doors to the hall will open for seating at 3:30pm. Limited complimentary parking is available in the Broadway Garage, 7 Felton Street, Cambridge.
