Over the course of two Saturdays, we’ll demystify the foundational poses and movements that often leave students wondering. Ever been confused about what your legs should be doing in Warrior 2 or Triangle? Not quite sure about arm and shoulder alignment in Chaturanga or Downward Dog? Now’s your chance to get crystal clear on the foundational moves and ask the questions you’ve always wanted answered. Join Michael Ponte, one of Down Under’s lead 200 Hour trainers, to release uncertainty and build the confidence to truly enjoy your yoga practice. You’ll leave with game-changing insights and a toolkit of principles to help you unlock the full potential of any yoga class you take.
