Mandarin Oriental, Boston Celebrates  Global Wellness Day with Complimentary Event

&nbsp;On Saturday, June 8,&nbsp;Five-Star Mandarin Oriental, Boston is celebrating Global Wellness Day with complimentary health and wellness offerings hosted by the Spa.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.mandarinoriental.com/en/boston/back-bay/spa" target="_blank">The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston</a>&nbsp;is the first and longest-running Forbes Five-Star Spa in the state and was recognized as Massachusetts’ Best Hotel Spa by the 2023 World Spa Awards. #GlobalWellnessDay celebrates the importance of valuing our lives, achieving inner peace, and promoting wellness awareness. This year's theme,&nbsp;#MagentaNature, focuses on the idea of reconnecting with nature to nourish one’s physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Attendees will meet at the hotel and walk to the beautiful Charles River Esplanade for a Guided Meditation and walking Urban Forest Bathing Session from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.&nbsp;This practice combines ancient mindfulness traditions with modern research, offering physical and mental health benefits through immersion in nature. Pilates, meditation and fitness coach Laura LeDuc will lead the event. Guests will leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and deeply grounded. The event is free and open to the public on a first come, first served basis, as space is limited.
