In this opening session of the Know Yourself series, we invite you to explore happiness not as a fleeting emotion, but as a skill to be cultivated. We will look through the lens of philosophy not as an academic exercise, but as a "lived practice"—a toolkit for navigating the modern world. In this event, we explore:<ul><li>Why we often chase the wrong things (and what to look for instead)</li><li>How to build an inner foundation that external events cannot shake</li><li>Practical insights from the wisdom traditions that help us find clarity in a rushed and fragmented world</li></ul>You don’t need prior experience with philosophy.
