A Kelo sauna is a type of Finnish relaxation space made from Kelo polar pine, a type of wood that grows in the Arctic region of Finland. It is resistant to harsh weather and does not need to be treated with preservatives. When you use a Kelo sauna, you are essentially coming into contact with pure nature, as the heat of the sauna causes the natural pine oils in the wood to be released onto your skin. Maintaining a temperature between 150° and 190° Fahrenheit in the sauna room can provide multiple health benefits. The combination of heat and a cold plunge can improve blood circulation, boost the immune system, and help protect against infections. It can also improve the texture and appearance of the skin, stimulate metabolism and breathing, and promote faster muscle recovery and natural healing of muscle strains.
