Japanese New Year at Bow Market

Nagomi Bento and Ko-Kyoto will be hosting a Japanese New Year celebration (新年会) at Bow Market. Join us for a special Kakizome (書初め) Calligraphy Workshop with <a href="https://www.instagram.com/kokyoto.boston/">Ko-Kyoto</a>. Kakizome is a traditional New Year’s activity in Japan where we write our first characters of the year, often our New Year’s resolution. ✨ A Sensei will guide you through this meaningful tradition! They’ll be offering two calligraphy workshops, one at 12 PM and another at 2 PM. Stop by to watch or join in the fun. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/nagomi_bento_boston/">Nagomi Bento</a> will also be serving a delicious bowl of Zoni (お雑煮), a special New Year’s soup with rice cakes🥢 We'll be making our own unique version, so come taste the tradition! Plus, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/kokyoto.boston/">Ko-Kyoto</a> will offer exclusive discounts on their beautiful traditional Japanese items. 🏮 Mark your calendars and save the date for January 19th!
