HUB Parkour Norfolk Free Open House

Curious about parkour? Come move differently at HUB Parkour Norfolk's Free Open House! Whether it’s a four-year-old’s first jump or an adult looking for a fun new way to build strength, HUB Parkour is opening its doors for a free, hands-on experience. As an athlete-owned parkour gym, we teach parkour, freerunning, and breakdance to every age in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. During the Open House, you will meet our amazing coaches, test out our training setups and obstacles, and get a feel for how our classes work. Our coaches scale every move to exactly where you are, meaning absolutely no experience is needed! Most first-timers have zero background in the sport. Age Brackets & Schedule: Every group trains separately, coached exactly to their age and skill level. Find your session below:

10:00 AM – 10:45 AM | Little Jumpers (Ages 4–6) Bring your little movers to explore parkour in a fun, safe way!
