Refresh your morning routine with classical Integral Yoga techniques to harmonize the mind, body and spirit. Led by Vienna, you'll explore a series of classical Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath control), Yogic Chanting, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and Meditation. You can expect to feel peaceful and rejuvenated after class, leaving with more energy than you arrived with. The Integral Yoga Hatha method was designed to draw the practitioner into a physical and mental stillness that leads to an experience of one’s true nature— peace and joy. In Sanskrit, "Ha" translates to Sun and "Tha" to Moon, emphasizing the focus of creating balanced and harmonious energy inside and out. This Equanimity is the true experience of Yoga. This class is appropriate for all experience levels, students are encouraged to go at their own pace. Bring a blanket if you like, and dress comfortably.
