Friday Night Fitness -  Bootcamp with Sam Amado of Weigh Better U

Weigh Better U Fitness Studio (Everett, MA) is back again this year for The Anchor’s Waterfront Wellness Series! Join us every Friday at 6pm for a total body workout that can be tailored to any level of fitness. Workouts incorporate equipment such as dumbbells, steppers, kettle bells and weighted slam balls provided by Weigh Better U. Workouts will vary week to week, incorporating resistance exercises, aerobic movements and, body weight training. The energy is enhanced with fun upbeat music and beautiful views of the harbor from Boston’s historic Navy Yard. Bring your own hydration, sunblock and, sweat towel if needed!
