FREE workshop: Introduction to Macramé at Boston Landing (4/24)

Join us for a FREE Maker's Workshop at Boston Landing in our new pop-up event studio! Join Mind and Macramé for a guided Introduction to Macramé, centered on intentional creative practice. This space is beginner friendly and will offer intermediate teachings, for folks interested in a little bit of advancement. It is the perfect evening to learn macramé and connect with friends while sipping and snacking. Select an independent project to knot, after group learning, and leave with a finished product. Let's get knotty! WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:<ul><li>To get your creative juices flowing, meet new local friends, and enjoy a fun evening out</li><li>Good vibes</li><li>Great conversation</li></ul>WHAT'S INCLUDED:<ul><li>Admission</li><li>Bite Box from Broken Records</li><li>All the supplies you'll need!</li><li>Cash bar provided by Broken Records ft. cider, beer, cordial cocktails, and even a custom mocktail (curated by Kathrine herself) called the "Pineapple Fresco"</li></ul>Mind and Macramé is also bringing in a community macramé project for participants to try their hand at. There will be two (2) working racks and four (4) stations with written and verbal instructions and materials to trial out an intermediate wall hanging pattern! Individuals can take turns interpreting this pattern and create four (4) wall hangings that will be given away at the end of the workshop to commemorate their experience! Participants interested in the completed wall hangings can jot down their name and contact for a drawing upon the closing of the workshop as a thank you for spending your energy and time with Mind and Macramé!
