Enchanted Forest Playdate

Class Experience The theme for our September immersive playdate with the Douglass Ridley school is Enchanted Forest! Let your child’s imagination run wild in this Reggio-inspired sensory art workshop. Ideal for kids ages 3–7, this workshop will explore the magic of nature through hands-on creativity. Using a wide collection of natural materials—sticks, leaves, rocks, and more—we’ll dive into activities like: - leaf printmaking - building whimsical fairy houses - painting stones with colorful designs With a focus on open-ended play and discovery, children will be encouraged to experiment, create, and bring their own forest visions to life. Parents/caregivers are welcome to participate, hang out in the shop, or drop off their children for the duration of the workshop. This workshop is part of a collaboration with the Douglass-Ridley school, opening in Fall 2026. Learn more about them here. Other Things To Know Adult Participation Optional. Parents are welcome to drop off their kids for the class, or participate in the creative activity alongside them.
