Immerse yourself every Wednesday in July with the Jamaica Plain community at the JP Pond for a 30-minute high-energy session that blends the infectious beats of Latin American electronic dance music and active recovery of Latin Dancing.&nbsp;Our heart-pumping full-body HIIT segments will challenge you with agility, functional, and cardio exercises designed to push your limits and elevate your fitness game. But it's not just about the workout – it's about the entire experience. During active recovery, we'll transport you to the shores of Honduras with Punta dancing, a vibrant traditional style that keeps you moving and grooving. And just when you think you've given it your all, we'll take it up a notch with tribal house core movement sessions. These abs exercises will sculpt and strengthen your entire body, leaving you feeling empowered and invigorated.
