From 9 AM to 4 PM, enjoy a day filled with exciting activities designed for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. This year's Fit Fest will feature the return of our popular free outdoor fitness programming, allowing participants to experience a variety of fun and engaging workouts in the fresh air. Groove to the beats of our live DJ while you work out, and take advantage of fitness evaluations and demonstrations to enhance your routine. Experience new ways to relax and rejuvenate with our Sweat Houz Cold Plunge pop-up, meditation classes &amp; sound baths. Enjoy mocktails, non-alcoholic brews, matcha, fresh pressed juice and more! Don't miss out on our fabulous giveaways throughout the day! Registration is required for this event, so be sure to secure your spot via our registration form. Gather your friends and family, and prepare for a day of fitness and fun at Boston Landing Fit Fest!
