Boot 'N Scoot At Hi Lawn

Yeehaw, y’all! Our 3rd annual “Boot ‘N Scoot” – DC’s only country music fest —returns on Saturday, September 27. We’re hosting one long day of country fun from 2-11pm, including live music, line dancing, trick roping, a DJ country dance party, BBQ specials and more. &nbsp; Kick up your boots to live music from 5-time Wammie award-winning&nbsp;<a href="https://www.gravattentertainment.com/content/melissa-quinn-fox">Melissa Quinn Fox</a>,&nbsp;plus other country acts and DJ tunes, and a nighttime wild western dance party. &nbsp; Learn the boot scootin’ boogie with&nbsp;line dancing classes, and hone your lasso skills with&nbsp;trick&nbsp;roping lessons&nbsp;from roper&nbsp;Kegan Mayo. &nbsp; For those who work up an appetite at the Hi-Lawn hoedown, guests can chow down on&nbsp;BBQ&nbsp;favorites like smoked meats and sides, and wash it all down with&nbsp;cold beer,&nbsp;whiskey cocktails&nbsp;and themed drinks. &nbsp; And then from 7:30-10pm, don your western chic and desert glam for&nbsp;“DC’s Wildest Country Western Dance Party”hosted by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.instagram.com/dcstampede/">DC Stampede</a>. Two-step under the stars to nonstop dance floor hits, with line dancing and country swing overlooking the city skyline. &nbsp; Our unique&nbsp;Dome&nbsp;space becomes&nbsp;“The Corral”&nbsp;for the day with unique experiences such as&nbsp;photo booths&nbsp;and&nbsp;vendors.
