BEOWULF

The Fall 2026 Theater Arts Production at MIT BEOWULF inspired by the Old English epic directed by Joshua Higgason Join us for a bold reimagining of the Old English epic Beowulf set inside a surreal corporate office where a low-level bureaucrat descends into a dreamscape of monsters, memory, and myth. Drawing on a dark satirical vision of a world ruled by surveillance, paperwork, and malfunctioning systems, the piece explores alienation, control, and mortality, as fantasy and reality hilariously collapse into one another. Performance Dates Thursday, November 12 at 7:30pm Friday, November 13 at 7:30pm Saturday, November 14 at 7:30pm Thursday, Novenmber 19 at 7:30pm Friday, November 20 at 7:30pm Saturday, November 21 at 7:30pm
