Ashtanga — Why We Do the Things We Do? Practice & a Discussion with DUY Ashtanga Faculty

Come and learn from and with other ashtanga yoga practitioners! We will do a short practice together, then DUY ashtanga faculty will facilitate a discussion and invite questions. Didi will lead off with the historical roots of Ashtanga yoga, Kate will address the significance of the ashtanga yoga chants, Elliott will explore how the bandhas and binds help us find alignment from the inside out and Paulina will discuss how to deepen your practice. All this followed by an ashtanga social with snacks and the opportunity to meet other practitioners in the Boston community. FREE Please bring a mat, yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3
