peanut-allergy friendly Chinese/Japanese restaurants in Boston?
I’ve called around to a bunch of Asian restaurants to ask about their allergy protocols/policies, but haven’t found one that’s accommodating. I have a peanut allergy where cross contamination is not okay - ideally the food would be prepared in a separate allergy-free area (as is the case at my favorite Chinese restaurant at home before moving to Boston). Help! I haven’t had Asian food in over a year :,(

Mecha Noodle Bar, Harvard St
Tricky one. Have you tried Mecha? Not exactly Chinese or Japanese, yet Asian fusion, their website says this: “Please let us know about any allergies or special dietary needs you may have. We always try our best to accommodate whatever dietary needs our guests have.”
