    $5 Ferry Weekend

I don’t know of any hiking groups, unfortunately, but I wanted to point out that this wknd is $5 Ferry Weekend to Spectacle Island, where there are some great beginner trails!

    Middlesex fells resevation

Super pretty this time of year and lots of different trails to choose from! There’s a skyline view that’s pretty easy to get to and lots of other trails that are mostly flat around the water. Would recommend using the all trails app to see the details of each trail!

    Lake Cochituate

Lake Cochituate is a perfect hiking spot just 30 minutes from Boston, offering peaceful trails through scenic woodlands and around three interconnected ponds. It’s a great escape from the city, with easy access and beautiful views, especially in the fall. The trails are suitable for all skill levels, and you can extend your adventure with kayaking or a lakeside picnic, making it a well-rounded outdoor destination.
