Yes! They do!
You can do an official university tour by signing up on the Harvard website. That is more admissions focused and about the student experience or you can use a tour guide company through Get Your Guide or similar. There is also a company that does a Hahvahd Tour and is run by Harvard Student Agencies.

@bella_brookine has a very thorough answer to this, but I just want to note that I walked by the campus yesterday and it looks back open to the public to stroll through following the demonstrations in May
