Is dining at The Beacon at View Boston worth it?
Has anyone ever dined at the Bistro at the View Boston observation deck at the Prudential? I’m considering booking a reservation at The Beacon for my birthday in a few weeks. I’m wondering if the dining experiences are worth doing or if it’s best to do à la carte. Since it’ll only be three of us, I’m concerned about whether the food is worth the cost. If not, does anyone have any recommendations for other restaurants? Thanks!

Actually, not sure…
I actually went to the holiday themed bar, which was excellent, but on the way out I walked by the bistro, and while the restaurant itself looked awesome, they had a bunch of overflow tables in the hallway up the accessible ramp. We felt bad for the people who got placed there

Long Bar & Terrace: Rooftop Bar at Raffles Hotel | Back Bay
I haven’t dined there, only got drinks but I didn’t love the cocktails and just generally don’t like how people have to pay for admission. I’d however recommend the bar & restaurant at the Raffles Hotel instead. Absolutely amazing!
