    Peter Pan Bus

The bus is $27 each way to/from Hyannis and South Station. It’s clean and there are frequent departures. If you time it well, when there is not so much traffic, it is about an hour forty five min. I looked into the bus and the train this weekend and for me, the bus made a lot more sense with better options and a much quicker ride!

    Provincetown Fast Ferry

For $140 roundtrip, you can take a ferry from Long Wharf to P-Town for the day. The trip takes 1.5 hours and the first ferry leaves Boston at 9:30am with the last ferry leaving P-Town at 5:30pm. You can take your bike on the boat or rent one there for $20 and ride out to one of P-Town’s world-class beaches (Herring Cove is nude BTW). If you do an overnighter, there may be a campground to crash at on the cheap but I’m not sure. Otherwise the cheapest rooms would be on Sun and Mon night and run $200+. Cheers 🌊

    Pelham on Main

Not sure what cheap is for you, but Pelham on Main is one of the most affordable yet nice & newly renovated places to stay in the Cape that I’ve found so far. It’s part of the Pelham Resort property and they provide free shuttle and allow you to use all of the amenities in their resort.
