The Soulful Sister Collective is proudly presents Women In Wellness: An afternoon of movement, meaningful conversation and sisterhood at Boston's premier music venue, Big Night Live. This is your invitation to TAKE UP SPACE. Meet us on the big stage and get ready to dance the afternoon away! Move Your Body: Join <a href="https://www.instagram.com/ithinkitsnicole/">Nicole</a> on the big stage for a 45min Dance Party followed by a relaxing cool down with <a href="https://www.instagram.com/everydayisthersday/">Therlande</a> Dance Party with Nicole Get lost in the hypnotic sounds of Latin and international rhythms from all over the world. This class takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Everybody and every body can come together and get their sweat on with this energy boosting class. Comfortable cross training sneakers are strongly recommended. No fitness or dance background necessary. Just bring your authentic self! Cool Down with Therlande: After you've given it everything, Therlande guides you back to stillness with a grounding yoga cool down. Therlande's calm, intentional presence will leave your body and mind at ease. Ashley leads the Women in Wellness panel, we're you'll get the opportunity to hear from community leaders who are re-shaping what wellness means.
