Have you ever needed to hem pants, shirt sleeves, or replace a button?&nbsp;This workshop covers the fundamentals of needle and thread so you can love your clothes longer and make those thrift finds actually fit!&nbsp;No experience needed, just come! Key techniques we will cover: • How to thread a needle. • What is hemming?. • Straight stitch and Herringbone stitch. • Common button designs and how to sew them. • Popular visible mending designs, including Sashiko (Japanese visible mending).
